Hello, My name is Chris and Three Treasures Program is my creation.
During nearly 20 years practicing as a conventional Psychotherapist, I used Breath-Work and Guided Meditation to counter Stress, Anxiety, and Depression
with significantly positive results.
Nearly a decade ago, I began combining these and other techniques,
drawing upon nearly 20 years of Clinical Hypnotherapy,
over 40 years of Zen Buddhist Meditation and studies in Buddhist Psychology,
and nearly 20 years of Qi Gong (Chinese energetic exercise) Training
and studies in Daoist Psychology and Physiology.
Over Time, This Developed Into
A Series of Tools and Techniques That Return
Mental Equilibrium and Physical Well-Being
To the Hands of the Individual.
The outcome was

which I opened in 2006.
