It is well known that almost nothing is more debilitating than ongoing, amorphous worry.
Yet, most of us must acknowledge an extremely destructive tendency to consider
Our Given Issues and Problems,
be they Emotional, Situational, or Practical,
by Dispersing Energy on Their Respective Difficulty without
Focusing Energy on Their Possible Resolution.
The outcome, of course, is an on-going underlying sense of
Exhaustion, Overwhelm, Victimization, and Ill-Ease.
Clearly, this is not Healthy Means to an End!
